This test system is the industry’s first to adopt a “single wiring, fully automated testing” mode, integrating all tests—including no-load, load, turns ratio, insulation, and DC resistance—into a one-click, closed-loop process. With two operators, 136 units can be tested in eight hours, increasing efficiency by more than threefold. The system features a modular design, compatible with oil-immersed, dry-type, new-energy transformers, arc-suppression coils, and other equipment, covering the full voltage range from 10 kVA to 10 MVA and 0.4 kV to 35 kV. It supports parallel testing at 4–8 workstations and seamlessly integrates with MES and ERP systems, making it suitable for smart manufacturing plants. The equipment has passed EMC safety certification, with a testing accuracy of ±0.5% and an MTBF of ≥5,000 hours, fully complying with IEC 60076 and GB/T 1094 standards, and can issue internationally recognized English test reports.
