

This project is custom-built by Nanke Electric for PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, and it is the customer’s eighth semi-automatic intelligent transformer testing system purchased in 2025, mainly used for factory acceptance tests of dry-type distribution transformers. The system adopts a staged wiring method for loaded and no-load tests, balancing testing accuracy with operational convenience to meet the customer’s needs for large-scale, high-efficiency production quality inspection.
This project is a fully automatic intelligent transformer testing system customized by Nanke Electric for Shandong Tailai Electric Co., Ltd., which is committed to the fields of new energy and smart grid, and holds multiple certifications such as Three Systems, PCCC, and CCC, as well as power construction qualifications. It is specially designed for the customer’s core transformer production lines, including 35kV oil-immersed/dry-type step-up transformers and 10kV distribution transformers, to realize full-process automation of testing, high-precision data acquisition, and standardized report output, thereby efficiently optimizing the quality inspection process and improving the detection efficiency of the production line.
This project is customized by Nanke Electric for Hebei Xuhui Electric, and it is the 12th fully automatic intelligent transformer test system in 2025. It is specially designed to support the customer’s core products for power grid safety control and power quality management, covering routine, type, and special tests for power transformers, arc-suppression coils, and dry-type iron-core series reactors of 35 kV and below, realizing intelligent testing, accurate data, and standardized processes, and improving the customer’s full-industry-chain quality control system for product research, production, and testing.
