1. Project Overview
This project is custom-designed by Nanke Electric for Wuxi Yineng Power, and it belongs to the second part of their 2025 eighth intelligent test station. It is an offline large-capacity three-phase transformer intelligent testing system capable of completing all factory acceptance tests for oil-immersed and dry-type transformers up to 25 MVA. This system is suitable for offline large-capacity testing scenarios, meeting the factory quality control requirements for high-capacity transformers in fields such as rail transit, power transmission and distribution, and new energy, thereby helping customers achieve intelligent and standardized testing.

2. Maximum Testing Capacity
Offline Large-Capacity Test Area for Oil-Immersed/Dry-Type Transformers: Transformer capacity: 25,000 kVA; Primary voltage: 35.00 kV; Secondary voltage: 0.4–10.00 kV; Short-circuit impedance: 6.00%–14.00%;
Transformer capacity: 16,000 kVA; Primary voltage: 20.00 kV; Secondary voltage: 2 kV and below; Short-circuit impedance: 6.00%–10.00%;
Transformer capacity: 6,300 kVA; Primary voltage: 10.00 kV; Secondary voltage: 2 kV and below; Short-circuit impedance: 10% and below.

1. Insulation resistance test;

4. No-load test: no-load loss, power factor measurement, and no-load current percentage test;
5. Load test: load loss (automatically converted to values at 75°C, 120°C, and 145°C), short-circuit impedance percentage;

9. Partial discharge test;
10. Sound level measurement.
