I. Project Overview
This project is custom-designed by Nanke Electric for Wuxi Yineng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. It constitutes the first part of the customer's eighth intelligent testing station in 2025, specifically an online dry-type transformer one-time wiring test system. This system can complete seven factory routine tests for dry-type transformers up to 1.6 MVA in a single operation, seamlessly integrating with dry-type transformer assembly lines to significantly enhance testing efficiency and meet product quality control requirements in sectors such as rail transit, power transmission and distribution, and new energy.

II. Maximum Testing Capability
Applicable product capacity: 30 kVA–1600 kVA (dry-type transformers below 1.6 MVA)
Compatible voltage levels: Primary 10.00 kV, Secondary 0.4 kV
Short-circuit impedance compatibility: 10% and below
Applicable scenarios: Dry-type transformer assembly line testing area
III. Routine Test Items
1. Insulation resistance test;
2. DC resistance test:
3. Turns ratio and connection group test;
4. No-load test: including no-load loss, power factor measurement, and no-load current percentage test;
5. Load test: load loss (with automatic conversion to 75°C, 120°C, and 145°C values), short-circuit impedance percentage
6. Induced withstand voltage test;
7. Power frequency withstand voltage test.
IV. Project Highlights
One-time wiring, highly efficient production line integration: Replacing the traditional repetitive wiring approach, this system completes all seven tests with a single wiring setup, offering simple operation that aligns perfectly with the fast-paced workflow of assembly lines, thereby reducing the testing cycle per unit.
Automatic multi-temperature conversion, ensuring precise and compliant data: The system supports automatic conversion of load loss measurements across multiple temperature points, eliminating manual calculations and ensuring compliance with industry testing standards.
High-precision configuration, stable measurement results: Equipped with high-precision power analyzers, the system exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities, delivering stable and reliable testing data.
Mature solution, comprehensive full-process service: Leveraging a proven solution, the project features a short delivery timeline and provides integrated after-sales support covering installation, commissioning, and training.
