I. Project Overview

This project is an automated intelligent transformer testing system custom-designed by Nanke Electric for Xidian Jinan Transformer Co., Ltd. The client was originally established in 1952 as the Jinan Transformer Factory, affiliated with China Electrical Equipment Group. It is a state-controlled enterprise, recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level outstanding smart manufacturing scenario unit. This system is tailored specifically for the client’s core products, including special transformers, dry-type transformers, distribution transformers, and packaged substations, achieving fully automated, high-precision, standardized testing to provide robust support for product quality control and smart manufacturing upgrades.

Voltage Level: Up to 35/1.8 kV

Impedance Range: 4%~10%
