I. Project Overview

This project is the first fully automatic intelligent transformer testing system custom-designed by Nanke Electric for Zhejiang Power Transformer Co., Ltd. in 2021. The client is a national high-tech enterprise and a "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative products, primarily engaged in oil-immersed power transformers of 110kV and below, dry-type power transformers of 35kV and below, as well as high- and low-voltage switchgear and packaged substations. This system is specifically designed for the oil-immersed transformer production line test area, enabling fully automated operation of the testing process, precise data collection, and standardized output of test reports, significantly improving the customer's factory inspection efficiency and product quality control level.

II. Maximum Testing Capability

Oil transformer production line test area: Power transformers

Capacity range: 30kVA–2500kVA

Voltage level: Primary 20.00kV, Secondary 0.4kV

Short-circuit impedance: 10% and below

(4) No-load test: No-load loss, power factor measurement, and no-load current percentage test

(5) Load test: Load loss (automatically converted to 75℃, 120℃, 145℃), short-circuit impedance percentage test

IV. Project Highlights

(1) Fully automated assembly line operation: Supports one-time wiring, completes the entire testing process automatically, efficiently coordinates with the production line, and greatly enhances testing efficiency.

(2) Comprehensive coverage across wide specifications: Covers the full capacity range from 30kVA to 2500kVA, meeting the batch testing needs of multiple product models.

(3) Intelligent automatic temperature conversion: Supports automatic conversion at multiple temperature points—75℃, 120℃, and 145℃—ensuring accurate data that meets standard requirements.

(4) Routine factory tests for transformers: Completes all required tests—including insulation, DC resistance, turns ratio, no-load, load, induced withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage—in one stop.

(5) High precision, stability, and reliability: Equipped with professional power analyzers, providing accurate test data, strong anti-interference capabilities, and authoritative traceable results.
