I. Project Overview
Nanke Electric customized this semi-automatic intelligent transformer testing system for PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, a leading transformer manufacturer in Indonesia. This is the fifth set of specialized testing equipment delivered to them in 2024, precisely meeting the customer's factory quality inspection needs for large-scale production of dry-type distribution transformers. The core objective is to achieve precise testing of higher-voltage, larger-capacity dry-type transformers, adapting to the customer's upgraded product testing requirements.

II. Maximum Testing Capacity
34.5/0.4 kV, 15,000 kVA and below dry-type transformers (impedance 4%–14%)
6/0.4 kV, 10,000 kVA and below dry-type transformers (impedance 4%–14%)
III. Test Items
(1) Measurement of transformer no-load loss and no-load current
(2) Calculation of transformer no-load current percentage
(3) Measurement of transformer load loss and standard temperature conversion (at 100% rated current)
(4) Measurement of transformer short-circuit impedance and standard temperature conversion
(5) Transformer induced voltage withstand test
(6) Transformer power frequency withstand test
(7) Transformer partial discharge test
