I. Project Overview
This project is the third semi-automatic intelligent transformer testing system delivered by Nanke Electric to PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa (TRAFINDO) in 2025. The customer’s headquarters is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Established in 1981, TRAFINDO is a leading local transformer manufacturer and the largest producer of distribution transformers in Indonesia. This system is custom-designed for the customer’s dry-type transformer production line, capable of performing routine pre-delivery tests with intelligent operation and precise data, effectively optimizing the quality inspection process and significantly improving production line testing efficiency.

II. Maximum Testing Capacity
34.5/0.4 kV dry-type transformers: capacity ≤ 15,000 kVA, impedance 4%–14%
6/0.4 kV dry-type transformers: capacity ≤ 10,000 kVA, impedance 4%–14%
Maximum loss handling capacity: 180 kW

III. Test Items
1. Measurement of no-load loss and no-load current of transformers
2. Calculation of no-load current percentage of transformers
3. Measurement of load loss of transformers and standard temperature conversion (at 100% current)
4. Measurement of short-circuit impedance of transformers and standard temperature conversion
5. Induced voltage withstand test for transformers
6. Power-frequency withstand test for transformers
7. Partial discharge test for transformers

IV. Project Highlights
1. Customized Adaptation: Aligned with Indonesian production and quality inspection standards, compatible with the customer’s dry-type transformer production line, seamlessly integrating into existing production workflows.
2. High Efficiency and Time-Saving: Load and no-load tests can be connected with a single wiring setup, eliminating repeated disconnection and reconnection, greatly enhancing testing efficiency.
3. Intelligent and Convenient: Intuitive interface, real-time data visualization, customizable test report photos, automatic generation of standard reports, and simple operation.
4. Comprehensive Services: One-stop services including design, installation, commissioning, and training, ensuring rapid deployment and stable operation.
5. Compact Layout: Modular integrated design, saving factory space and adapting to existing facilities.
