I. Project Overview
This project is custom-built by Nanke Electric for PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, representing the customer's 8th semi-automatic intelligent transformer testing system purchased in 2025. It is primarily used for factory acceptance tests of dry-type distribution transformers. The system adopts a staged wiring method for load and no-load conditions, balancing test accuracy with operational convenience to meet the customer's needs for large-scale, high-efficiency production quality inspections.

II. Maximum Testing Capacity of This Project
34.5/0.4 kV, dry-type transformers up to 15,000 kVA with impedance ranging from 4% to 14%;
6/0.4 kV, dry-type transformers up to 10,000 kVA with impedance ranging from 4% to 14%;
Maximum loss: 180 kW

III. Test Items
(1) Measurement of transformer no-load loss and no-load current
(2) Calculation of transformer no-load current percentage
(3) Measurement of transformer load loss and conversion to standard temperature (at 100% current)
(4) Measurement of transformer short-circuit impedance and conversion to standard temperature
(5) Transformer induced voltage withstand test
(6) Transformer power frequency withstand test
(7) Transformer partial discharge test
