【Introduction】This project is customized by Nanke Electric for Hebei Xuhui Electric, and it is the 12th fully automatic intelligent transformer test system in 2025. It is specially designed to support the customer’s core products for power grid safety control and power quality management, covering routine, type, and special tests for power transformers, arc-suppression coils, and dry-type iron-core series reactors of 35 kV and below, realizing intelligent testing, accurate data, and standardized processes, and improving the customer’s full-industry-chain quality control system for product research, production, and testing.

I. Test Object Parameters and Maximum Testing Capacity

1. Power Transformers (including Grounding Transformers)

Voltage Level: 35kV and below (rated 38.5kV), including 35/20/10/6/0.8/0.69/0.4/0.23kV

Capacity: 35kV ≤ 5000kVA, 20kV ≤ 3000kVA, 10kV ≤ 2500kVA; Grounding transformers are available with or without low-voltage windings, with the maximum capacity of low-voltage windings being 800kVA

Frequency: 50/60Hz, induction testing at 100-200Hz

Impedance Voltage: 4%-12%

2. Arc Suppression Coils

Voltage Level: 10kV (10.5/3kV), 35kV (38.5/3kV)

Capacity: 10kV ≤ 2000kVA, 35kV ≤ 2200kVA

Taps / Current Regulation: Tap-changing type with 9/14/19/25 taps (20%-110%), capacity-regulating type with 16/32 taps (0%-110%), phase-controlled stepless regulation (0%-110%)

Frequency: 50/60Hz, induction testing at 100-200Hz

3. Dry-Type Iron-Core Series Reactors

Voltage Level: 10kV and below (10.5kV), including 10/6kV

Capacity: 10kV ≤ 1200kvar; Reactance Rate: 5%-12%

Frequency: 50/60Hz, induction testing at 100-200Hz
