Dry-type transformer

This is a semi-automatic distribution transformer testing system integrated into a 20-foot/40-foot container, compliant with IEC/IEEE standards. It supports full factory tests for oil-immersed/dry-type transformers ranging from 36 kV/5,000 kVA to 34.5 kV/30,000 kVA. Through a semi-automatic process and high-precision measurement, it automatically completes testing, calculation, and report generation, meeting the efficient testing needs of multiple scenarios.

This product integrates a distribution cabinet, variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, compensation capacitor, measurement system, and power frequency test transformer into a single integrated box.

The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:

Three-phase/Single-phase Transformers

🟦 High Voltage: 36kV and below (36kV–4.16kV)

🟦 Low Voltage: 0.12–1.5kV

🟦 Impedance: 2–10%

🟦 Capacity: Oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, with voltage up to 5000kVA

🟦 Compliance Standards: IEC60076/IEEE C57.12.90-2021

Customized test transformers with special parameters are available

🟦 System measurement accuracy: Precision transformers with an accuracy of 0.05 class/YOKOGAWA WT500 and above power analyzers

DC resistance and turns ratio are tested through one-time wiring using test vehicles. Data can be uploaded to the regular testing system. No-load, load, inductive withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage tests are all manually wired according to the test procedure, while the computer program automatically completes the tests. After the tests are finished, the results are automatically calculated, and the factory test report is exported.
